Order & Cancellation Policy:
All orders are made to order, meaning production begins immediately after your purchase is confirmed. Because each item is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed. This policy ensures that every order receives the attention and care it deserves from the moment it is initiated.
Shipping Policy:
Please allow up to three (3) business days for your item to be created prior to shipment. Once production is complete, your order will be processed for shipping according to the selected delivery method at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your item is on its way.

Every item is handmade — and that means every piece carries its own unique character. Small variations, not flaws; they’re the mark of human hands and a reminder that your piece was made just for you.
